Celebrating the life and legacy of Fabian Stedman (1640-1713) on the 300th anniversary of his burial. Six of these bells are contemporaneous with Stedman.

For the thirtieth anniversary of Charlotte's first peal, rung on 14th April 1984 on the same bell and to the same composition.

Following Choral Evensong during which the new chapel organ was dedicated by the Bishop of Oxford. Part of the celebrations marking 750 years since the foundation of the college in 1264 by Walter de Merton.

This was followed by 5 minutes of reverse rounds and five minutes of tolling on the tenor. Rung half muffled prior to the Vigil in commemoration of the centenary of the declaration of war on 4 August 1914, and remembering particularly those members of The House who gave their lives. At the conclusion of the service, Great Tom was struck 100 times.

Variable hunt. Probably the first quarter peal rung on this plan. A get well compliment to Bernard Evans, grandfather of 7, following surgery yesterday.
